Job Summary

We are currently hiring a full-time Senior Mechanic for our Pasco AG Center. The Ag Center Senior Mechanic will report to the AG Center Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Troubleshoot, diagnose, repair, and recondition Twin City Foods (TCF) harvest equipment at our Pasco Ag Center or in the field during harvest.
  • Perform onsite maintenance on electrical and hydraulic equipment.
  • Provide technical support as necessary.
  • Work with Ag Center Manager and team members to support the efficient and accurate repair & service work.
  • Keep chronological records of service activity.
Requirements
  • Years of agricultural/harvest maintenance experience required.
  • Training in Gas and Diesel Engine and power transmission repair.
  • Training in Hydraulic Fluid Power.
  • Completion of vocational training or an apprenticeship program preferred.
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Must have a valid Washington State Driver's License.
  • First Aid and CPR certified a plus.
