Responsibilities
  • Perform Legal Research: Assist the General Counsel with researching various topics, including real estate, employment disputes, and habitability claims.
  • Oversee Unlawful Detainer Docket: Manage the Unlawful Detainer docket, perform discovery, engage in motion practice, and prepare for trials.
  • Average Annual Salary: $112,500
  • Must-Have Skills:
    • A J.D. from an accredited law school and be in good standing with the CA Bar.
    • 1-3 years of litigation/trial prep experience.
    • 1-3 years of discovery experience, including written discovery, depositions, and 3rd party subpoenas.
