Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled Key Account Insurance Development Manager to join our Property & Casualty sales team. This role involves creating and executing business development plans to drive new business growth and meet financial objectives.
Responsibilities- Create effective business strategies to develop and execute business development plans for new business.
- Identify and cultivate new prospects through network relationships, strategic partners, and industry events.
- Understand the business and competitive landscape to identify alternative solutions to complex problems.
- Develop relationships and perform analysis with prospective clients to understand their organization and key decision makers.
- Meet sales goals and retain relationships with key stakeholders after prospects become clients.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Current Property & Casualty Insurance license.
- 3+ Years prior professional experience as a Sales Professional with a successful track record of generating new business.
- Ability to effectively communicate and build rapport with C-suite executives.
