Lead Barista

As a barista at Caesars Entertainment, you will have the opportunity to create an exceptional experience for our guests through outstanding service and expertly crafted beverages. You will be part of a dynamic team that values teamwork, integrity, and customer satisfaction.

• Prepare and serve high-quality beverages and food products to our guests.
• Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
• Work effectively as part of a team to maintain a clean and safe store environment.
• Meet sales and customer service targets, while maintaining a high level of product knowledge and presentation.
• Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge.

• Previous customer service experience in a retail or restaurant environment.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work as part of a team and maintain a positive attitude.
• High School diploma or equivalent.

The barista will work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment with frequent interaction with staff and guests. The ability to stand for long periods and walk frequently is required.
