Job Description

DomainTools is seeking an experienced Global Account Manager to drive customer success and growth. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of building strong relationships with global customers and delivering value through our data services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage customer lifecycle, including onboarding, adoption, and training
  • Become a trusted advisor and customer advocate, driving relationships with key customers
  • Drive expansion in accounts, managing sales process from prospecting to close
  • Maintain consistent customer engagement through quarterly business reviews and product updates
  • Complete renewals on-time for all active contracts

Requirements:

  • 3+ years experience in global multinational account management roles
  • Direct account experience working with global organizations and country governments
  • Direct experience with cybersecurity solutions, DNS specific experience preferred
  • SaaS offerings experience, with a proven track record of success in retention and expansion
