Global Account Manager

DomainTools is seeking an experienced Global Account Manager to drive customer success and growth. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of building strong relationships with global customers and delivering value through our data services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage customer lifecycle, including onboarding, adoption, and training
- Become a trusted advisor and customer advocate, driving relationships with key customers
- Drive expansion in accounts, managing sales process from prospecting to close
- Maintain consistent customer engagement through quarterly business reviews and product updates
- Complete renewals on-time for all active contracts
Requirements:
- 3+ years experience in global multinational account management roles
- Direct account experience working with global organizations and country governments
- Direct experience with cybersecurity solutions, DNS specific experience preferred
- SaaS offerings experience, with a proven track record of success in retention and expansion
