Epic Travel Staffing Allied is seeking an experienced Interventional Radiology Technologist to join our team for a 13-week travel assignment in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. This exciting opportunity offers the chance to expand your career while exploring a new city.
About the Job
We are looking for a skilled technologist with experience in vascular IR, hybrid OR, and oncology procedures. The ideal candidate will have strong coding and billing knowledge in Interventional Radiology, as well as proficiency in Siemens and Philips imaging systems. Additionally, experience with Epic/PACS and support for vascular IR, Neuro, and hybrid OR procedures is highly valued.
Responsibilities
As an Interventional Radiology Technologist, you will be responsible for preparing patients for procedures, operating imaging equipment, and maintaining a safe and clean environment. You will work closely with the radiology team to ensure seamless patient care and high-quality imaging results. Your expertise will be essential in performing various procedures, including vascular IR, hybrid OR, and oncology procedures.
Requirements
To qualify for this position, you must have a minimum of 1 year of experience in an IR or Cath Lab setting. A WI License is also required. Advanced certifications such as ARRT-CI or ARRT-CV or ARRT-VI are preferred but not mandatory. In-depth knowledge of interventional radiographic and related diagnostic and therapeutic equipment/supplies is essential.
