Directorate General Manager of Emergency Care

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Directorate General Manager of Emergency Care to lead our emergency services. This critical role involves the overall management, strategic planning, and operational delivery of emergency care, ensuring the highest standards of patient care and safety.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop strategies to improve patient flow and manage budgets and resources effectively.
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and collaborate with clinical leaders, staff, and external stakeholders to drive service improvements and innovation in emergency care.
  • Lead multidisciplinary teams, manage complex projects, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements:
  • Postgraduate degree in a relevant subject.
  • Experience in project management, implementing innovations, and managing change within clinical environments.
  • Substantial experience of operating effectively at a senior level within the organisation.
  • Ability to think laterally, prioritise effectively, analyse and solve complex problems.
