Job Title: QA Analyst

At Manpower Group Inc., we are seeking a skilled QA Analyst to join our team in Cleveland. As a QA Analyst, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality of our software products.

Responsibilities:
  • Design and execute test plans and test cases to maintain quality assurance standards and measures within the IT organization.
  • Perform system and application testing to ensure proper functionality and compliance with standards.
  • Carry out manual backend testing to verify functionality per requirements.
  • Maintain accurate testing documentation, including test cases, defect logging, and reporting.
  • Work with a cross-functional team to understand requirements, create comprehensive test plans, manage planning and scheduling of testing efforts, confirm product specifications, and communicate testing progress and relevant information to stakeholders and management.
  • Support internal and external stakeholders with user acceptance testing and/or integration testing.
Preferred Skills and Experience:
  • Hands-on experience using SQL to write and execute complex queries.
  • Experience with Scrum or other iterative development methodologies.
  • Experience with leveraging Automation testing.
  • Ability to research and maintain awareness of emerging technology.
  • Independent learner with a proven ability to be a self-starter and thoroughly understand both business and systems related to the testing needed.
