We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Logistics Operations Specialist to join our team at WM. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, utilizing your exceptional communication and problem-solving skills to drive success.

The ideal candidate will possess a Commercial Drivers License B (CDL) and have a strong understanding of safety protocols and regulations, including OSHA and DOT requirements. You will be responsible for operating a heavy-duty truck safely and efficiently, performing pre- and post-trip inspections, and participating in scheduled training and meetings.

In this role, you will work closely with Route Managers to improve route efficiencies and provide exceptional customer service. You will also be responsible for notifying Route Managers of any incidents, accidents, injuries, or property damage, and following all company policies and procedures.

We offer a competitive salary of $65,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, and a 401(k) plan.
