Job Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality patient care as a Licensed Practical Nurse in our long-term care facility.
  • Collaborate with Registered Nurses to plan, implement, and evaluate resident care plans.
  • Ensure adherence to HIPAA standards and maintain confidentiality.
  • Improve residents' quality of life by providing exceptional care and support.

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

A current, valid PA Licensed Practical Nurse license.Active authorization to practice as a LPN in Pennsylvania.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.A strong commitment to delivering exceptional patient care.
