  • Handle incoming and outgoing phone calls, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise;">
  • Maintain accurate and organized customer files, ensuring all information is up-to-date and easily accessible;">
  • Prepare and process insurance quotes and applications, as well as assist with policy renewals and cancellations;">
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve office goals and promote a positive work environment;">
  • Stay updated on industry trends and regulations, attending training sessions and meetings as required.">

You should have a strong attention to detail and be able to multitask with ease. Previous experience in customer service or a related field would be an asset.
