About the Role
As a seasoned sales professional, you will oversee the sales performance of assigned areas and lead a high-performing sales team at Lennar Homes. With a minimum of five years of experience in residential sales or real estate management, you will be responsible for staffing, training, coaching, and ensuring effective coordination among team members to meet sales goals and enhance customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage assigned areas' sales performance and margin enhancement efforts
- Assemble and motivate a best-in-class sales team
- Collaborate with the division's operating team to achieve timely goals
- Implement sales goals and training programs aligned with divisional targets
- Provide guidance on sales techniques to New Home Consultants
- Ensure timely closings and customer satisfaction through effective team coordination

About You
- Minimum 5 years of experience in residential sales, management, or real estate management
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to operate a motor vehicle and work in construction trailers
- Finger dexterity for computer use
