Structures Lab Technician

PACCAR is seeking a highly skilled Structures Lab Technician to join our team at the PACCAR Technical Center. As a key member of our Vehicle Systems Validation team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the structural integrity of our trucks.
Key Responsibilities- Design and implement test plans to validate the structural performance of our vehicles.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement testing protocols.
- Operate and maintain complex test equipment, including hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
- Analyze data and provide recommendations for process improvements.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including test procedures and reports.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in a similar role, with a strong background in mechanical testing and analysis.
- Proficiency in data acquisition software and programming languages, such as DEWESoft or National Instruments.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
