Customer Data Governance Specialist

At Sloane Staffing, we are seeking a highly skilled Customer Data Governance Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for assessing the current state of customer databases and developing strategies to maintain data integrity and avoid duplicates.

Key Responsibilities:
Assess current state of customer databases and develop strategies to maintain data integrity and avoid duplicates
Define data quality standards and data governance principles to ensure high-level data integrity
Collaborate with IT to integrate customer master data across different systems and platforms
Assist in the migration of customer data during system upgrades, implementations, or data consolidation projects
Collaborate with marketing, commercial, and pricing teams to define and implement customer segmentation strategies

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in computer science, business, marketing, finance, economics, or a related field
5+ years of progressive experience managing customer data in Salesforce or other comparable CRM
High level of proficiency using Excel, SQL, and other query tools to extract and transform data
Fluency using Tableau and other similar visualization tools to produce reports
Excellent communication and presentation skills
