We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Gerontological Nursing Professional to join our team at Arden Courts ProMedica Memory Care Bath in Akron. This is a full-time LPN position with a competitive salary of $62,000 annually and a $10,000 sign-on bonus.

About the Job

This role involves direct care responsibilities as well as supervisory responsibility for caregivers. As a Senior Gerontological Nursing Professional, you will be responsible for supervising nursing personnel to deliver high-quality care and coordinating care delivery to ensure that residents' needs are met in accordance with professional standards of practice through physician orders, facility policies, and federal, state, and local guidelines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise nursing personnel to deliver high-quality care
  • Coordinate care delivery to meet residents' needs
  • Ensure compliance with facility policies, physician orders, and regulatory requirements
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A valid and current LPN/LVN state license
  • 2-3 years of clinical experience, preferably in gerontological nursing
  • Ability to read thermometers, charts, and testing equipment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
