Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Combo Porter to join our beverage team at The Kahala Hotel and Resort. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the seamless operation of our bar area.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist the bartender in maintaining cleanliness, stocking, and replenishing the bar area.
  • Prepare and set up the bar for opening, prepare garnishes for drinks, wash glasses and utensils, and maintain proper stock of bar items.
  • Support the bartender by providing timely assistance to ensure the professional operation of the bar.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in a similar role is preferred.
  • A high school diploma or general education diploma is required.
  • Certification of tuberculosis clearance is mandatory.
