Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at Kingspan Group. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to increase sales of our high-performance building envelope products and systems.
Key Responsibilities- Engage with specification influencers, building owners, architects, and designers to promote Kingspan's high-performance building envelope products and systems.
- Influence product selection and increase project specifications through market education and consultative spec development activities.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key industry organizations and associations to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.
- Meet strategic targets to support aggressive growth goals by increasing quantity and quality of product specifications for major building projects.
- Minimum 7-10 years of experience in metal building construction/specification sales development.
- Understanding of building science, codes, green building rating systems, and related NGOs.
- Demonstrated knowledge of the AEC community, preferably in the designated territory.
- Ability to interface with top-level executives, design teams, and industry organizations.
- High level of energy, construction knowledge, and interpersonal skills.
- Certified Construction Product Representative (CCPR) and/or LEED-AP/GA certification.
- Working knowledge of Salesforce CRM.
