As an Originating Branch Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the loan origination process for your assigned branch. This includes leading a team of loan professionals, ensuring compliance with industry regulations, and establishing relationships with clients and referral partners.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in mortgage loan origination software and technology
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field (preferred)
