Administrative Support Role

**About the Position**

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support professional to join our team at Prescott Valley Ace Hardware. As an integral part of our office operations, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth running of our administrative tasks.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Prepare daily cash deposits and paperwork for the bookkeeper
* Communicate effectively with the bookkeeper to ensure accurate and timely processing
* Answer phone calls and direct customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
* Manage office supply inventory and place orders as needed
* Create and organize files and maintain accurate records
* Sort, file, and distribute mail, invoices, and other documents in a timely and efficient manner
* Assist with errands such as bank deposits and post office runs as required
* Prepare bi-weekly statements and update office calendars to ensure accuracy and completeness
* Coordinate advertising and donations to support the business
* Prepare paperwork for new hires and assist with initial training
