About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Sales Trainer who can shape and enhance our sales team's performance. As a key member of our team, you will provide exceptional guidance and coaching that empowers our sales reps and drives business revenue.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Conduct quality training sessions in group settings and one-on-one meetings, educating our team members on the best strategies.
  • Stay on top of the latest sales practices and implement new systems, informing team members how to effectively execute them.
  • Document and report employee progress, allowing you to see firsthand how your efforts make a difference.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Should have sales experience and the ability to travel for sales meetings.
  • Must be willing to learn our system and implement it.
