Plastic Molding Machine Specialist

Job Description
The Injection Molding Technician III is responsible for maintaining the daily operation of molding machines. This position ensures that the machine produces quality parts while maintaining productivity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain molding equipment with the ability to train others.
- Ensure quality of produced parts with the ability to train others.
- Pull and set molds with the ability to train others.
- Navigate PLC to change robot setup and train others.
- Check moisture content of material and train others.
- Read and train others on small quality testing equipment.
- Maintain molds with expertise, including changing date stamps and mold cleaning.
- Knowledge of screw cleaning and training others.
- Basic molding machine maintenance and training others.
- Troubleshoot issues with molding machines and train others.
- Read blueprints and train others.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Forklift certification.
- Five or more years of related experience.
- Basic computer skills.
- Problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work with a team.
- Excellent planning, organizational, and attention-to-detail skills.
- Position requires occasional weekends as needed, with 24-hour notice.
