Bilingual Child Advocate

About the Role:
National Youth Advocate Program is seeking a highly motivated Clinician to join our team in Hilliard, OH. As a Clinician at NYAP, you will work closely with children, foster parents, and community partners to provide trauma-informed mental health services.

In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to conduct assessments, referrals, and crisis intervention. You will also maintain an active clinical caseload, providing one-to-one counseling sessions, group counseling, and facilitating family sessions as needed.

This position requires a Master's degree in social work with clinical experience or a bachelor's degree plus 5 years of clinical employment experience. You must be licensed or eligible for licensure and have bilingual English/Spanish fluency to serve our diverse client population.

We offer competitive compensation, including a salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 annually, depending on experience. Additionally, we provide opportunities for professional growth and development within our organization.
