Product Owner, Experiment Global Inventory Identification Management

We are seeking a skilled Product Owner to join our team and lead the development of our Experiment Global Inventory Identification Management product. As a Product Owner, you will be responsible for defining and prioritizing product requirements, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions, and ensuring that the product meets the needs of our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain a comprehensive product roadmap, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic goals and objectives.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather insights and requirements, and ensure that the product meets their needs.
- Lead the product development lifecycle, from ideation to delivery and ongoing support, ensuring timely and within-budget execution.
- Manage project resources, including internal teams and external vendors, to achieve milestones and objectives.
- Ensure the product meets the highest standards of quality, security, and reliability, and implement robust testing and processes to identify and resolve issues promptly.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Life Sciences, Computer Science, or Information Technology.
- Experience in product or project management, with a focus on user experience and data management.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
- Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Understanding of Agile project management tools and methodologies.
- Experience as a Product Owner or similar role, preferably within the R&D domain.
- Knowledge of FAIR data principles and regulations governing scientific data.
- Experience in managing virtual teams where members are in multiple countries and time zones.
- Aptitude for problem-solving through logical thought processes and strong attention to detail.
- Knowledge of Scientific R&D operating models and processes and/or scientific data capture systems (ELN, LIMS).
