**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Housekeeper/Laundry to join our team. As a key member of our housekeeping department, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and sanitation of our facilities, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for our patients and staff.

**Responsibilities:**

* Maintain facilities in a clean, sanitary, and orderly condition to provide a suitable environment for patient care and staff work
* Perform a variety of housekeeping duties, including dusting, washing, and disinfecting furniture, fixtures, and equipment
* Sweep, mop, wax, and buff floors
* Gather and dispose of refuse
* Arrange furniture and perform similar tasks
* Replenish linen and other supplies in assigned areas
* Remove linen and trash from patient rooms, lobbies, bathrooms, stairwells, and other common areas
* Clean bathrooms and toilets, cleaning furnishings, fixtures, ledges, room heating and cooling units, scrubbing floors and walls, replacing supplies, and performing other general tasks related to sanitation and hygiene

**Requirements:**

* High School Diploma or equivalent (preferred)
* Previous housekeeping experience (preferred)
* Ability to adapt to flexible work schedules and frequent interruptions
* Ability to prioritize to meet deadlines on daily work
* Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision
* Skill in managing one's own time and/or the time of others
* Ability to perform repetitive work, or to continuously perform the same work, according to set procedure, sequence, or pace
* Ability to perform a variety of duties, often changing from one task to another of a different nature without loss of efficiency or composure
* Knowledge of cleaning techniques and procedures

**Work Environment:**

* Work in a fast-paced healthcare environment
* May be required to work in a variety of settings, including patient rooms, lobbies, bathrooms, stairwells, and other common areas
* May be required to work at heights, lift heavy objects, and use cleaning equipment
