Job Title: Advanced Family Care Practitioner

Crescent City Recruitment Group is seeking a highly skilled Family Nurse Practitioner to join our busy family practice in Southeastern Vermont.

We offer a competitive salary of $106,000 - $118,000 per year and a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, AD&D, STD, LTD, and 4 weeks vacation.

About the Role:

This is a full-time position with a 5-day workweek, 8am-5pm. The scope of practice involves diagnosing and treating acute and chronic conditions, as well as providing health maintenance and disease prevention through patient education, immunizations, and physicals.

Responsibilities:
  • Diagnose and treat acute and chronic conditions
  • Provide health maintenance and disease prevention through patient education, immunizations, and physicals
  • Maintain accurate and detailed patient records
Requirements:
  • VT license or eligibility
  • Experience in family medicine or a related field

A relocation allowance is available for the right candidate.
