Office Support Specialist

SST Direct is seeking an Administrative Assistant to support our operations. This role involves various administrative tasks, customer service, and sales data processing.
Responsibilities:
* Manage front desk and admin duties
* Respond to customer inquiries regarding products and services
* Process customer phone orders
* Check stock availability and shipping dates
* Quote prices, fill orders to customer specifications, and process sales data via computer
* Data entry
Requirements:
* Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, Adobe Acrobat, and QuickBooks
* Excellent communication skills
* Ability to work independently and efficiently
