Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary range for this position is $222,044 - $271,387 per year, depending on factors such as relevant knowledge, training, skills, work location, and experience. In addition to competitive pay, Solventum offers a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, health savings accounts, disability benefits, life insurance, and retirement plans.

Job Description

This role is responsible for developing and implementing H&S policies, standards, and programs that align with Global EHS Excellence System & Strategy. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in occupational health and safety, safety engineering, or a related field, with at least 5 years of EH&S management experience.

  • Develop and implement H&S policies, standards, and programs
  • Assist regional managers and sites with managing serious injury & fatality prevention initiatives
  • Lead the company's human and organizational performance (HOP) and behavioral safety initiatives
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree or higher AND ten (10) years of experience in Occupational Health & Safety, Safety Engineering, Safety Sciences, Engineering or a related field
  • OR High School Diploma/GED AND sixteen (16) years of experience in Occupational Health & Safety, Safety Engineering, Safety Sciences, Engineering or a related field

In addition to the above requirements, the following are also required:

  • 5 years of EH&S management experience
  • Experience with developing and implementing serious injury & fatality prevention initiatives, EH&S Management Systems, e.g., ISO 14001 or ISO 45001

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful global H&S programs
  • Certified Safety Professional (CSP), or Certified Industrial Hygienist (CIH) preferred
Work Location and Travel Requirements

This role is remote, working from the United States, with occasional travel requirements up to 50% domestic and international.
