As a Platinum Host at Topgolf, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional hospitality to our valued Platinum Members.

Key Responsibilities:

Connect with Platinum Members: Share the benefits and perks of our Platinum Memberships to enhance their experience.
Provide Warm Welcomes: Greet Platinum Members at Check-In and make them feel valued and appreciated.
Build Rapport: Engage in conversation with Platinum Members to build strong relationships and understand their needs.
Consistent Hospitality: Check in on Platinum Members every 15-20 minutes to ensure their experience is exceptional.
