Deployment and Technical Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Deployment and Technical Support Engineer to join our team at ThreatConnect. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for providing solutions-based support to our most important customers.
The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, with experience in deploying, troubleshooting, and supporting software on Linux operating systems. You will work closely with our internal stakeholders to maintain and innovate existing deployment methods, technologies, and documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deploy, troubleshoot, and support the ThreatConnect product and related technologies
- Provide technical support to customers through various channels, including phone, email, and remote sessions
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify and resolve customer issues
- Develop and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base articles
- Stay up-to-date with the latest ThreatConnect platform and integration offerings
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
- 10+ years of experience in Information Technology, with a focus on Linux operating systems and software deployment
- 3+ years of customer-facing experience in the computer network security industry
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
