Job Overview

iCRYO - North Carolina is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Health and Wellness Sales Associate to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service, marketing our services through social media, and attending community events.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional guest service and ensure a positive experience for all customers.
  • Market our services through social media and attend community events to increase brand awareness.
  • Work closely with the Center Manager and team to identify and solve problems, set expectations and goals, and complete daily tasks.
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of our products and services, as well as industry trends and best practices.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals and provide support as needed.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols and company standards.

Requirements:

  • Ability to work a minimum of 15-30 hours per week, specifically evenings and weekends.
  • Exceptional time management skills, good judgment, and the ability to multi-task.
  • Strong customer service skills, motivated and respectful, with a demonstrated ability to be coached by management.
  • Well-developed interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with peers, managers, and customers.
  • Understanding of sales goals and operations processes.
  • Computer knowledge including, but not limited to, point-of-sale system, Microsoft office, and scheduling systems.
  • Ability to book, reschedule, and cancel reservations utilizing our POS system.
  • A strong understanding of the social media space, and ability to create content.
  • Ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness including laundry throughout your shift.
  • Computer knowledge including, but not limited to, point-of-sale system, intranet, Microsoft office, and payroll system.
