Job DescriptionWe are seeking a dedicated and motivated Physician Assistant with a passion for emergency medicine to join our team in Eastern Coastal Carolina, NC. As an emergency medicine nurse practitioner, you will be responsible for conducting thorough initial assessments and triage patients based on the severity of their condition, ensuring timely and appropriate care.

- Administer treatment and provide medical interventions for a wide range of emergency medical conditions, including trauma, cardiac events, respiratory distress, and more.
- Perform and interpret diagnostic procedures such as X-rays, EKGs, and laboratory tests to aid in diagnosis and treatment planning.
- Collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive and coordinated patient care.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Current North Carolina Physician Assistant license and certification.
- Previous experience in emergency medicine or a related field is preferred.
- Strong clinical skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-stress environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- ACLS and PALS certification (or willingness to obtain).
