Pharmacy Technician

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Pharmacy Technician to join our team at Walgreens. As a Pharmacy Technician, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional customer service and supporting our pharmacists in the delivery of high-quality patient care.

• Assist pharmacists in the preparation and dispensing of medications, including counting, measuring, and weighing medications.
• Process prescriptions, including verifying patient information and medication orders.
• Provide excellent customer service, answering questions and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including patient information and medication inventory.
• Assist with inventory management, including ordering and stocking medications and supplies.
• Participate in ongoing training and education to stay current with changing regulations and best practices.

• High school diploma or equivalent required; PTCB certification preferred.
• 6 months of experience in a retail environment preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
• Basic math skills and accuracy with counting and measuring.
