At Pyramid Healthcare Inc., we are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Substance Use Recovery Therapist to join our team. As a key member of our Behavioral Healthcare treatment team, you will be responsible for providing direct-care services to individuals struggling with substance use disorders.

Compensation: $24.50-$28 per hour

Job Summary:

The Substance Use Recovery Therapist will provide individual and group therapy sessions, develop and implement treatment plans, and work closely with clients, family members, and referral contacts to ensure seamless care coordination. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a strong commitment to delivering high-quality patient care, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leading IOP, PHP, and MAT day/evening groups, individual and family therapy sessions
  • Completing LOCAs, pre-authorizations, and reviews as needed in a timely manner
  • Developing and implementing treatment plans, NCTOPPs, and discharge/aftercare plans tailored to client needs/goals
  • Maintaining continuous communication with client family, referral contacts, and support systems
  • Providing interventions to clients with SMPI and addictions in a community setting
  • Participating in emergency service and on-call duty rotation (may include after-hour assessments, crisis planning, and hospital diversion)

Requirements:

  • LCAS or CADC certification or ability to achieve this within 90 days of employment
  • Valid driver's license required
  • Qualified Professional Status According to 10A NCAC 27G.0104
