Luna Del Valle Hospice is seeking a skilled and caring Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team of hospice aides. As a Hospice Aide, you will play a vital role in providing compassionate care and support to our patients during their end-of-life journey.
Key Responsibilities- Assist patients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Provide emotional support and companionship to patients and their families.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Maintain accurate documentation of care provided and any changes in patient condition.
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification required.
- Previous experience in hospice or palliative care preferred.
- Compassionate and empathetic attitude towards patients and families.
