Overview:

As a Registered Nurse within America's Navy, you will leverage your medical expertise to provide exceptional care to patients while adhering to strict compliance standards. Your role is pivotal in addressing patient needs and aligning them with the directives from physicians.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver advanced medical care to our nation's service members and their families.
  • Engage in professional development and contribute to pioneering treatment methodologies.
  • Utilize cutting-edge medical technology and resources available to the Navy.
  • Possibly take command of medical units and support health operations for leadership at various levels.
  • Collaborate with fellow healthcare professionals and partner with international relief organizations.
  • Ensure quality patient care by following physician-established standards.
  • Provide educational support to patients through direct interaction or telecommunication.
  • Maintain compliance with all relevant guidelines throughout medical processes.

Compensation and Benefits:

In addition to a competitive salary, both full-time and part-time positions may be eligible for sign-on bonuses and various financial incentives. Qualifications:

Applicants must be U.S. Citizens, currently licensed and board certified/eligible, and meet physical, legal, and security screening requirements. Active Duty candidates must be commissioned by age 42, while Reserve candidates must be commissioned by age 47.
