Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Clinical Phlebotomist Assistant to join our team at TalentBurst. As a key member of our healthcare staff, you will be responsible for providing high-quality phlebotomy services to patients in a fast-paced environment.

About the Role

This is a temporary position lasting approximately 4-5 months. You will work Monday through Thursday from 8:00 am to 2:30 pm at our Post Falls, ID location. We require candidates to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide quality phlebotomy services to pediatric and geriatric patients.
  • Work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining accuracy and efficiency.
  • Develop strong communication skills to interact with patients and colleagues effectively.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Medical training as a medical assistant or paramedic is preferred.
  • Phlebotomy certification is preferred but not required (in California, Nevada, and Washington).
  • A minimum of 6 months of experience in phlebotomy or a related field.
  • Excellent customer service skills in a retail or service environment is a plus.
  • Strong keyboard/data entry skills.
