Coatings Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Coatings Specialist to join our team at Wabash National. As a Coatings Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the highest quality finishes for our products.

This is a hands-on position that requires attention to detail and a strong work ethic. You will be responsible for applying coatings to meet customer specifications and industry standards.

1. Apply coatings to various surfaces using manual or automated equipment.
2. Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy.
3. Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure efficiency and safety.

To be successful as a Coatings Specialist, you will need:

• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in coatings or a related field.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
