About the Job:

Thrive Skilled Pediatric Care LLC is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Pediatric Nurse to join our team in providing high-quality clinical home care to medically fragile children in Bridge City, TX.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Pediatric Nurse to provide one-on-one care to a teenage girl who is non-ambulatory and receives gastric feeding. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for working with children and a commitment to delivering exceptional patient care.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide skilled pediatric home care to medically fragile children
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
  • Collaborate with the patient's family and healthcare team to ensure seamless care coordination
  • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs and develop effective care strategies
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the patient's physician
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and progress

Requirements:

  • Current RN or LVN license to practice in the state of Texas
  • Current CPR certification
  • Experience working with medically fragile children and their families
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
