Job Summary

We're seeking a skilled Dental Hygienist to join our team As a key member of our patient care team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional lifetime patient care while having the opportunity to develop your clinical skills through our comprehensive training programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personalized patient care and education on preventative dentistry and oral health
  • Conduct thorough dental hygiene procedures, including cleanings, screenings, and exams
  • Collaborate with our dentist and hygienists to ensure seamless patient care
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest industry developments and best practices through ongoing education and training
Requirements
  • Current dental hygienist license in Maryland and an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in dental hygiene (where required)
  • Excellent working knowledge of dentistry, dental hygiene procedures, dental patient screening, and medical history documentation
  • CPR Certification
Preferred Qualifications
  • New graduates and seasoned hygienists are both welcome
  • Experience using Velscope, Diagnodent, digital scanner, digital x-rays, and electronic medical record systems
  • Desire to continue learning and growing clinical skills to meet the needs of patients and provide preventative care and overall maintenance of patients' dental health
