Front Desk Associate

Job Overview:
As a Front Desk Associate at FirstService Residential, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our residential communities. This position requires strong communication and customer service skills, as well as the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate exceptional customer service skills, responding to resident inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Monitor and operate the Electronic Security Control Systems, ensuring the safety and security of our residents and guests.
- Greet and direct residents, guests, and invitees, providing a warm and welcoming experience.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records, including daily logs and forms, to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Respond to emergency situations, including fires, medical emergencies, and security breaches, in a timely and efficient manner.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the on-site property manager, including assisting with special events and projects.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college-level courses in business or hospitality preferred.
- Two to three years of business experience, preferably in a customer-facing role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with residents, staff, and vendors.
- Ability to lift 30-50 pounds and work in an upright standing or sitting position for extended periods.

Compensation: $18.00 - $20.00 Hourly Paid Bi-Weekly
