Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Front Desk Agent to join our team at the Courtyard Charleston Historic District. As a Front Desk Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service, managing front desk operations, and ensuring a seamless experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Register guests and manage room assignments
  • Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Process payments and handle guest accounts
  • Provide information and recommendations on hotel services, facilities, and local attractions
  • Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest service
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous experience in a hotel or hospitality setting preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and credit transactions
