IT Reimaging Specialist

Cyberteck Academy seeks a skilled Computer Technician to provide IT support services for laptop maintenance and reimaging.

The ideal candidate will have experience with reimagining laptops using ghosting or clone software, setting up networks, and troubleshooting hardware issues. Additionally, they must be able to pick up laptops from our storage locations in the designated areas.

This is a part-time freelance computer technician job, allowing you to work on your own schedule while providing excellent supplemental income.

We offer a competitive hourly rate of $20-$25 per hour, making this an attractive opportunity for those looking to supplement their income.

Key Responsibilities:

• Reimage laptops by setting up a network through a switch and using the chosen ghosting/clone software.
• Install missing software and drivers.
• Troubleshoot boot to Windows failure and other hardware issues.
• Pick-up broken laptops and return them once the job is complete.
• Attend virtual meetings or email updates on progress.

Requirements:

• Successful experience reimagining laptops or computers through a network using ghosting or clone software.
• Able to set up a network using your hardware and software.
• Willingness to volunteer to test up to 5 laptops provided by us.
