Job Title: Social Hour Host

Best Western Plus Kelly Inn & Suites Fargo is seeking a charismatic and outgoing individual to join our team as a Social Hour Host. As the master of ceremonies, you will be responsible for creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere for our guests during our daily social hour.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Welcome guests with a friendly and approachable demeanor
  • Organize and oversee social hour event activities
  • Encourage guest interaction and facilitate conversations
  • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure guest satisfaction
  • Assist with clean-up and closing duties at the end of the event
Qualifications:
  • Outgoing personality and strong interpersonal skills
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is a plus
  • Must be available to work Monday - Wednesday evenings from 4pm-8pm and must be 21
