Job Summary

CorrectHealth is seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team in New Iberia, LA. As a LPN, you will participate in the clinical aspects of patient care, working collaboratively with the healthcare team and law enforcement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide quality patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN), Health Services Administrator (HSA), Mid-Level Provider, Physician, or administrative supervision.
  • Perform duties in accordance with applicable State Board of Nursing and other accrediting agencies' standards and ethics.
  • Respond to needs within the correctional environment, maintaining a high level of professionalism and expertise.
Requirements:
  • Graduate from a national or state-approved school of nursing program.
  • Hold and maintain a current license to practice as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the state of employment.
  • American Heart Association BLS certification.
  • Corrections experience is a plus.
