Business Development Executive

About the Role:This is an exceptional opportunity to join Orkin, a global residential and business service provider, as a Branch Manager. As a key leader in our organization, you will be responsible for cultivating a team that delivers top-notch service to our customers.
You will assume leadership of an entire operation upon completion of training, demonstrating your proven track record of leadership development and talent recognition. Your role will involve driving revenue generation and growth, motivating the team through daily check-ins, and holding them accountable for results.
Responsibilities:- Lead a high-performance culture, achieving the highest customer satisfaction and revenue growth
- Cultivate an employee culture that motivates performance, supports personal growth, and inspires exceptional service
- Assume leadership of an entire operation upon completion of training
- Demonstrate your proven track record of leadership development and talent recognition
- Drive revenue generation and growth, motivating the team through daily check-ins
- Hold the team accountable for results
- Showcase superior operational skills, managing a Profit and Loss (P&L) statement and strategically investing in growth
- A competitive salary of $77,500 - $82,500 per year

- High School Diploma or equivalent required
