About the Role:

This is an exceptional opportunity to join Orkin, a global residential and business service provider, as a Branch Manager. As a key leader in our organization, you will be responsible for cultivating a team that delivers top-notch service to our customers.

You will assume leadership of an entire operation upon completion of training, demonstrating your proven track record of leadership development and talent recognition. Your role will involve driving revenue generation and growth, motivating the team through daily check-ins, and holding them accountable for results.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead a high-performance culture, achieving the highest customer satisfaction and revenue growth

  • Assume leadership of an entire operation upon completion of training
  • Demonstrate your proven track record of leadership development and talent recognition

  • Showcase superior operational skills, managing a Profit and Loss (P&L) statement and strategically investing in growth

Qualifications:
  • Sales experience preferred
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Ability to obtain pesticide license/certification if required
  • Ability to work independently and interact with clients
Work Environment:

Candidates must meet physical job requirements and safely perform job duties with or without accommodations. This includes wearing personal protective equipment, safely using a ladder, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
