Job Overview

Island Tree is seeking a skilled Groundman to join our team. As a Groundman, you will be responsible for assisting arborists with tree care operations, including pruning, removals, and planting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist arborists with tree care operations
  • Operate equipment such as chainsaws, chippers, and aerial lifts
  • Perform manual labor tasks such as climbing, lifting, and carrying
  • Work safely and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
