We are seeking an exceptional Automotive Technician to join our team at CarMax, a leading retailer of used cars. As an Automotive Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and safety of our vehicles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose, repair, and recondition vehicles to meet CarMax's high standards
  • Work collaboratively with a skilled team to solve technical problems efficiently
  • Broaden your experience as an automotive mechanic across various domestic and foreign vehicles

Requirements:

  • Experience in engine repair, steering and suspension, brakes, heating and air conditioning
  • Knowledge of health and safety compliance
  • Manual dexterity and physical stamina, lift heavy objects, and walk and stand for extended periods
  • Manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Good communication skills and attention to detail

We offer a competitive salary range of $22.20 - $38.90 per hour, plus commission opportunities. Additionally, you will enjoy a comprehensive benefits package, including paid time off, medical/dental coverage, 401(k) with company match, vehicle discount, tuition reimbursement, and more.
