LHH Recruitment Solutions is currently recruiting for a Paralegal Assistant to support attorneys in our Cleveland, Ohio office.
Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Paralegal Assistant with a minimum of 3 years of experience in the real estate industry. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational and communication skills, as well as proficiency in MS Word and Excel.
Responsibilities:
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for attorneys
- Compose and edit correspondence, legal briefs, and other documents
- Manage files and perform proofreading tasks
- Assist with trial preparation and research
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of real estate experience
- Typing speed of 65 WPM or better
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Proficiency in MS Word and Excel
- Exceptional file management skills
