Sales Performance Expert

The ideal candidate for this sales position will possess excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of the automotive industry, and a proven track record of success in sales.
Salary: $60,000 - $120,000 per year
About the RoleThis is an opportunity to turn your sales skills, customer service expertise, and industry knowledge into major profits. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for implementing dealership sales processes, owning every aspect of the sales process, and presenting and demonstrating inventory.
Main Responsibilities:
- Understand and implement effective sales strategies
- Manage daily inventory reports and maintain accurate records
- Create and execute plans to increase market share
- Collaborate with sales leadership to prepare and review monthly plans
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction, sales performance, and product knowledge
Requirements:
- Prior sales experience, education, or training in the automotive industry is highly valued
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Familiarity with Client Relationship Management (CRM) software
