Archaeological Expert

The Bering Straits Native Corporation is seeking a highly skilled Archaeological Expert to join our team.

We are looking for an experienced professional to lead and participate in archaeological projects, monitoring and managing fieldwork, data collection, and analysis.

• Conduct thorough research and provide expert advice on archaeological matters.
• Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Lead and manage teams of archaeologists, ensuring effective collaboration and communication.
• Maintain accurate records of project progress, findings, and recommendations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.

• Master's degree or Ph.D. in Archaeology or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in archaeological project management, preferably in the oil and gas industry.
• Proven track record of leading and managing teams, with excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Strong knowledge of archaeological principles, methods, and best practices.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent problem-solving skills.

The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary package, including:

• Base Salary: $120,000 per annum.
• Bonus Structure: Eligible for annual performance-based bonuses up to 20% of base salary.
